The process

Five steps, in order

Most journeys follow this exact sequence. Express reviews and consultations compress the timeline — the order stays the same.

    You reach out — or place an order

    Message us on Telegram, WhatsApp or email — every channel is on the contact page — or order a service directly through the site. Tell us your citizenship, your travel dates and where you'll be starting from. We reply personally within 1–12 hours, every day of the week.

  2. 02

    Personal confirmation and payment

    Placing an order doesn't charge you anything. First we verify that your passport qualifies for the e-visa and that your dates are workable — before taking any payment. Only once that's confirmed do we send a secure payment link through your preferred channel. If you're not eligible, you find out before money changes hands, not after.

  3. 03

    Preparation

    Work begins as soon as payment is confirmed. Depending on your service, that means a line-by-line review of your e-visa application, a route plan via Kaliningrad built around your dates, and a complete supporting-document package. Each item is confirmed with you as it's completed — nothing arrives as a surprise.

  4. 04

    Final check before departure

    Around three days before you leave, we run through everything once more: e-visa status, checkpoint conditions, transport connections, documents in order. If anything has changed — and at borders, things do change — the plan is adjusted while there's still time to act calmly.

  5. 05

    Travel day

Honest limits

What we can't do — and won't pretend to

  • We do not issue visas. The e-visa is issued solely through the official government portal — no private service can issue one.
  • We cannot guarantee entry. The final decision at the checkpoint always rests with border officers.
  • We have no influence over authorities, and no shortcuts around official processing times.
