This website, vatguchertravel.com, is operated by VATGUCHER Travel, an independent travel-coordination service. You can contact the operator at vatgucher@gmail.com or via Telegram at @vatguchertravel. We typically respond within 1–12 hours.

2. Nature of the service

VATGUCHER Travel is an independent coordination and information service. We are not a government body, embassy or visa center, and we do not issue visas. Final decisions are always made by border and immigration authorities.

To state this plainly and in full: VATGUCHER is an informational and coordination service. We have no affiliation with, endorsement from, or authority over any government, embassy, consulate or border agency of any country. The fees we charge are for our coordination work — reviewing documents, planning routes, preparing application materials and providing support — and are separate from, and in addition to, any official visa fee charged by government authorities. Official e-visa applications are always submitted by travelers themselves through the official government portal; we help you prepare, but the application, the fee and the outcome are between you and the issuing authority. Nothing we sell constitutes a visa, an entry permit or a promise of either.

3. Accuracy of information

Border rules, e-visa eligibility and crossing procedures change, sometimes at short notice. When we deliver a paid service we verify the relevant rules at the time of service. The published content of this website, by contrast, is general information: we keep it current in good faith, but it may lag behind official changes and it is not legal advice. Always confirm requirements against official government sources before you travel, and treat the answers in our FAQ as orientation rather than authority.
